Beekeys Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beekeys, operated by DigitalRig Limited. By using Beekeys, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beekeys, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. User Types

2.1 Registrars

Business owners or managers who create and manage listings on Beekeys.

2.2 Contributors

Individuals who add content such as images, locations, and local information. Contributions are licensed to Beekeys under a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license for use, display, and distribution.

2.3 Registered Users

Users who create accounts to save searches, receive notifications, and access enhanced features.

2.4 Subscribers

Users or businesses paying for any Beekeys plan, including Basic, Advanced, Premium, or Premium Plus.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account information and credentials.

  • You must provide accurate information.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content & Use

  • Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant Beekeys a royalty-free license to use it.

  • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on any rights.

  • Beekeys may remove content at its discretion.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed annually; additional branch fees are billed monthly.

  • VAT and other applicable taxes are your responsibility.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Beekeys aims to provide accurate listings but is not responsible for errors, omissions, or user reliance.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

  • Use of Beekeys is at your own risk.

7. Modifications

  • Beekeys may update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
